under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later, the same terms that
cover the rest of the pressure-wave project. See the `LICENSE` file at the

CSV does not have a standard comment convention, so per-file license headers
are not embedded in the data files themselves; this notice applies to every
file in this directory.
